1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Fold & Field Interiors for design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Our Services
Fold & Field Interiors is a residential interior design studio based in Austin, Texas. We offer consultation, concept and sourcing, procurement, and full-service design. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and schedule for any engagement are set out in a separate written letter of agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
3. Inquiries & Estimates
Project inquiries submitted through this site are requests, not contracts. Any timelines, budgets, or availability discussed before a signed letter of agreement are good-faith estimates and may change based on scope, product lead times, and third-party trades.
4. Fees & Procurement
Design fees and any furnishings procured on your behalf are billed as described in your letter of agreement. Furnishings are ordered only after you approve and fund the associated purchase. Third-party lead times, freight, and availability are outside our control, though we manage them actively on your behalf.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photographs, and the Fold & Field Interiors name and marks — is owned by the studio or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Design concepts prepared for a client are licensed for that client's specific project.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fold & Field Interiors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
